ICT Consultancy has been formed to bring together experts in the training and construction areas to look for and secure Civil Engineering projects in Asia and Africa.
We are a co-ordinated group of professionals well qualified to undertake and consult in Civil, Marine Engineering and training of the same.

Global Senior Management experience
gained in the Civil Engineering Project Management and Global Transport & Logistics Sectors (Road, Rail, Sea, Waterways & Warehousing), Water & Sewerage Sectors (Thames Water & Tideway, London) and Airport Sector (Jersey). Working with Construction Majors: Bam Nuttall, Van Ord, Costain, Vinci Grand Projects, Bachy Solentache, Morgan Sindall.
Design Manager and General Project Managment
With extensive design team lead experience working extensively within the construction environment. Proven track record in project design from concept to completion including feasibility studies and client liaison for a wide range of projects including rail, commercial, health care, data centres and limited water experience. Extensive experience in co-ordinating design and construction organisations/team with end users incorporating the project wide design discipline spectrum. Predominantly working in the rail sector for the last 20 years, working on TFL projects, with limited NR work with a good working knowledge of TFL standards and requirements.
Training Excellence
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (cqc) for the last 6 years as the nominated individual. Combines exceptional managerial strengths with a proactive work ethic and a commitment to achieving business objectives, has over the 15 years’ experience from a sole trader level up to a limited liability company building combine net worth in around 20 million pounds in the last 7 years skills are Business Development, Strategic Planning, Financial Oversight, Healthcare Regulations, Leadership, MBA from the university of east London ,Highfield Level 3 Award in Education and Training, qualified as an accredited trainer and issuer of certifications School of Business and Management
